Fresh Flowers

Because flowers are perishable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup if your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet expectations. Send a photo and your order details so we can make it right. Refunds or replacements are handled case by case.

Gift Items

Unused, non-personalized gift items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Sale, personalized, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
